Questions
Q: I accidentally booked your service
but I am not departing from terminal one at JFK.
A: We will offer a refund. Please send
a note to orders@flyvipone.com with proof of departure.
Q: I want to book a gold and/or platinum service.
A: Bookings of gold and platinum services require a minimum
of 48 hour booking and 48 hour cancellation policy.
You will not be refunded beyond that window.
Q: Where is VIPOne located?
A: VIPOne's only location is in Terminal ONE at John F. Kennedy Airport.
We currently do not offer services at any other terminals or airports.
You may find us in Terminal 1, JFK behind Counter E/F on the Departures Level (Level 2).

VIP ONE Silver
Expedited access to TSA’s security checkpoint avoids standing in long lines.
With Silver, you get:
- Direct access to security checkpoint through VIP ONE’s exclusive departure lounge
- Help with TSA’s requirements (divesting, baggage compliance etc.)
VIP ONE Gold
In addition to our Silver service, our personal agent will meet you at curbside,
provide baggage assistance, usher you to your check-in counter, and to your gate.
With Gold, you get:
- Curbside baggage assistance
- Check-in assistance
- Direct access to security checkpoint through VIP ONE’s exclusive departure lounge
- Help with TSA’s requirements (divesting, baggage compliance etc.)
- Escort to the gate OR lounge* with your own access card
VIP ONE Platinum
With Platinum, you get:
- Curbside baggage assistance
- Check-in assistance
- Direct access to security checkpoint through VIP ONE’s exclusive departure lounge
- Help with TSA’s requirements (divesting, baggage compliance etc.)
- Escort to lounge* (with your own access card)
- Pick up from lounge and escort to boarding gate *please note: lounge access after TSA checkpoint is not included as part of this service. Passengers must have their own access.
